VeloCloud and Customer Devcon Construction Selected to Present SD-WAN Lessons Learned at Open Networking Summit 2016
VeloCloud CEO & Co-founder Sanjay Uppal, Devcon Director of IT Joe Tan Chosen to Present on Panel Highlighting Experiences of SD-WAN Early Adopters
Mountain View, Calif, March 14, 2015
VeloCloud Networks Inc., the Cloud-Delivered SD-WAN™ company, today announced that Sanjay Uppal, VeloCloud CEO & Co-founder, and Joe Tan, Director of IT of Devcon Construction, a VeloCloud customer, have been selected to present on a panel highlighting lessons learned from SD-WAN early adopters at the Open Networking Summit (ONS) 2016 Conference this week.
The panel, arranged by Cliff Grossner, Research Director of Data Center, Cloud and SDN at Infonetics Research, will be held at 4:10 pm PDT on March 15 in Room 203/204 the Santa Clara Convention Center. Driven by the need for agility, cost reductions, and adoption of off-premises cloud services, the SD-WAN rollout is underway, with live production deployments by early adopters providing a trail for others to follow. As SD-WAN “crosses the chasm,” moving from early adopters to mainstream buyers, decision makers must make important long-term choices about their WAN architectures. Attendees will hear from customers and their vendors about experiences deploying SD-WAN, and learn suggestions for purchase-decision makers.
VeloCloud Cloud-Delivered SD-WAN enables enterprises to support application growth, network agility and simplified branch implementations while delivering optimized access to cloud services, private datacenters and enterprise applications. Global service providers are able to increase revenue, deliver advanced services and increase flexibility by delivering elastic transport, performance for cloud applications, and integrated advanced services all via a zero-touch deployment model.
